Pastor Johnson's book was referred to me by Pastor, Marcus Holt of Augusta GA. My husband was the pastor for 14 years in Augusta GA. He passed away on April 24, 2007. As a former pastor's wife I can tell you, if I had not had this book on several occassions, I believe I would have lost it. He has so much information to help anyone. But as a widow I could relate to a lot of his situations. I am so glad I have been able to stay at the church my dear precious husband labored at and his legacy will still live on. Thanks Pastor Johnson for writing a book anyone could use regardless of their situation. I am ordering 6 tonight to give out for Christmas. My daughter Marietta Najera in Fort Worth Texas at Pastor Steve's Pixler's church is getting one too. Books on widowhood is very hard to find and I plan to write my own in a few years. I pray mine will be the blessing yours has been to so many in need of encouragement. Thanks for being transparent, that helped me the most. I did not feel so alone in my grief. I still have a ways to go, but feel like I am better than some because of your book. I desire your prayers that I will allow God to continue to lead me and direct my paths.
